The feeds I have chosen for my Bloglines account are:
BBC News / News Front Page / World Edition
CBC / Top Stories News
The Globe and Mail - World News
Library Journal News
I have really enjoyed looking at these feeds and the headline format saves me a lot of time searching around looking for the news. Bloglines is a useful tool and keeps me informed for work.
